We had another workshop on the 28th of August. Glenn Jensen was our instructor. As usual we received some great help from him to advance our trees. We are keeping eye toward the fall show and very importantly toward the California Shohin Seminar in Early February 2018. Just received this photo from Jaya of her re-potted Bougy. The one she had at the workshop but was in a much larger pot. Jaya took advantage of the "Bougy weather" and should get a quick, strong re-rooting and a flush of growth with some blooms, perhaps before it gets too cool. Beautiful!!!! More photos coming. Glenn carving on Brenda's Boxwood. Going to look terrific when trained. Janice has 2 trees on the left and Eric has the others, 4 Ficus and an Olive on the right. Going to start using background and get better photos. Janice creating and wiring jin on a Shimpaku.
