Past Meeting

We will have Tak Shimazu here for a presentation and work shop. Tak studied under Southern California bonsai experts John Naka and Harry Hirao in the 1980s. He has since returned to Japan to hone his skills as a student under bonsai masters there. Tak Shimazu has been a headliner at the Golden State Bonsai Federation convention and is considered to be an expert with pines and junipers. Before his demonstration, Tak Shimazu will lead a workshop for our members.
