Japanese Friendship Garden, Balboa Park In May we will hold a fund raiser at The Japanese Friendship Garden in Balboa Park. Our event will include demonstrations, auctions, and a tour of the garden and the new bonsai grow area that is being developed. The items to be auctioned off at this event will include the tree that was styled by David Nguy in our March club meeting. If you have any items that you would like to donate for the auction, please contact Glenn Jensen or Barbara French-Lee. Please note that this is not our normal meeting week as Mother’s Day falls on the second Sunday this year. |
