Beautiful bonsai will be on display. Bonsai of various sizes and species as well as other bonsai-related items will be for sale by club members at attractive prices. Please join us for an exciting time. All sales will be Cashless, so bring your credit/debit cards. No cash or checks will be accepted. Come early for the best selection! |
Instructions for vendors
If you intend to bring items for sale at the show, please fill out a consignment sheet and bring it to the show with your items. Click here to get to the consignment sheet. The document can be downloaded and filled in, then printed.
Note that you must be a member of the club to display and sell items, and those items must be bonsai related. Additional information is contained in the instructions. Thank you for your participation. The sales area is alway a source of much excitement during the show.
Volunteer Show Set-up Schedule - FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 26TH
Show set-up begins at 8:00am Sharp
Load-in of Exhibit trees will begin around 10:00am, after the show room set-up has been completed
Load-in of Sale Table items will be from 12:00pm - 7:00pm
Pre-show Volunteer's Only purchases will be open from 2:00pm - 7:00pm
