Directions to our Monthly Meetings

The San Diego Bonsai Club meets monthly (unless otherwise posted) in "Casa Del Prado", Room 101, in Balboa Park, San Diego, CA. Balboa Park is located in Central San Diego at Park Blvd. and Village Place.

•From Northern San Diego County or LA, take the 5 Fwy South to 163 North. Take first offramp - Quince & Balboa Park. Follow curvy road to first stop sign by park area - turn left. Turn left again at Del Prado to cross the bridge. Follow signs for Parking.

•From Southern San Diego County or Mexico, take the 5 Fwy North to 163 East. Take first offramp - Quince & Balboa Park. Follow curvy road to first stop sign by park area - turn left. Turn left again at Del Prado to cross the bridge. Follow signs for Parking.

The Casa del Prado complex is located across the street from the Museum of Natural History, and across the Prado from the Model Railroad Museum. An ideal parking place is behind the Del Prado Restaurant.

Getting directions to Balboa Park from the Internet:

For detailed directions and a map to get to the Park from anywhere, please use MapQuest. For the Park's address, you may use either: House of Hospitality, in the center of the Park 1549 El Prado San Diego, CA 92101, or Corner of Park Boulevard and Village Place This will put you at the east side of the Park.
